Products that are eligible for organic certification must not be synthetic or unnatural. If a product is not eligible for organic certification, it may still be approved for use in organics with conditions. This application is to review your products for use in organics. During the review, if it is found that your products are eligible for certification you are able to request an application pack for organic certification.
Below are the necessary documents required for us to review your product's acceptability. In most cases this is all that is needed but sometimes we may need further detail, if so, one of our Auditors will reach out directly.
Once completed and submitted an auditor will be assigned to review them. They will then get back in touch with you on the outcome of the review.
Following the review we will give you access to our searchable online platform, MyOrganics, we currently have over 3000 approved inputs listed. MyOrganics allows quick access for our AsureQuality organic-certified operators to search and find approved organic input products, including yours. This platform allows them to quickly add input products to their Organic Management Plan for immediate use with minimal effort.
This process can take up to three months, depending on auditor availability, the information provided and the complexity of the product.
All review work is charged at an hourly rate listed in our pricing.
