Some LabConnect users currently have more than one username linked to the same email address, often because the usernames provide access to different organisations, contracts or information.

Why does this matter?

The AsureQuality Identity Platform uses the email address as the person's identity. That means existing arrangements where one email address has several separate LabConnect usernames need to be reviewed before migration.

What should I do now?

If this applies to you, identify it in the readiness survey before 28 Aug 2026 or contact your normal LabConnect support team. Tell us which usernames you use and why you need the different access.

Will I lose access?

The technical approach for these accounts is still being confirmed. We will provide specific guidance to affected customers before go-live.
