New UPLC method for simultaneous determination of caffeine and theobromine
We’ve introduced a new ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) method for the simultaneous determination of caffeine and theobromine.
This method provides:
- Simultaneous determination of both compounds – caffeine and theobromine analysed together.
- Application across diverse matrices – suitable for food, beverage, botanical and nutraceutical products.
- Capability for technically challenging samples – including high-fat chocolates, concentrated botanical extracts, powdered supplements and fortified beverages.
