You can “follow” content in our Customer Care Centre to receive an email whenever there are updates. This is useful if you want to stay informed about important changes without needing to check back manually.
Why follow content?
Here are some common examples:
Method updates → Follow the Method Updates section to be notified when new testing methods or updates are published.
Lab status → Follow the Lab Status article to receive an email whenever it’s updated, so you always know the latest operating status.
How it works
Follow a section → You’ll get an email whenever a new article is added to that section.
Follow an article → You’ll get an email whenever that specific article is updated and republished.
All notifications are sent by email to the address you use to sign in to our Customer Care Centre.
How to follow a section or article
Sign in to the Customer Care Centre.
Navigate to the section or article you want to follow.
Click the Follow button at the top of the page.
For sections, choose New articles.
For articles, choose Updates.
Managing your follows
To review or stop following content, go to My Activities → Following in the Help Centre.
From there you can unfollow any section or article at any time.
Important to know
Notifications are only sent by email.
You’ll only receive emails when a new article is published (for sections) or an article is republished (for articles).
Minor edits that are saved as drafts won’t send notifications.
