What is Social SSO?

Social Single Sign-On (SSO) allows users to log in to our Customer Care Centre using their existing social media accounts, such as Google, Facebook, or Microsoft. This simplifies the login process by eliminating the need to create and remember new credentials.

Supported Social SSO Providers

Our Customer Care Centre supports the following social SSO providers:

• Microsoft (Personal accounts only)

Important Note About Microsoft SSO

The Microsoft SSO option is designed for personal Microsoft accounts only. It does not support enterprise or work accounts. If you attempt to log in with a work account, you will receive an error message indicating that the account does not exist.

Linking Social SSO to Your Work Email

If your social SSO account (e.g., Google, Facebook, or Microsoft) is linked to a different email address than your work-provided one, please notify us so that we can link your account to the correct organisation. This ensures that you have the appropriate access and permissions within our Customer Care Centre.

Steps to Notify Us

1. Contact Support: Reach out to our support team via this form.
2. Provide Details: Include the following information in your request:
   1. • Your work email address.
      • The email address linked to your social SSO account.
      • Your full name and organization.
3. Verification: Our support team will verify your information and link your social SSO account to your work email address.

How to Use Social SSO

1. Select Social SSO Option: On the login page, choose the social media account you want to use (Google, Facebook, or Microsoft).
2. Authenticate: You will be redirected to the selected social media provider's login page. Enter your credentials and authenticate.
3. Access Granted: Once authenticated, you will be redirected back to our Customer Care Centre with access granted.

By following these steps and providing the necessary information, you can successfully use Social SSO to access our Customer Care Centre, ensuring a convenient and secure login process.
