We are excited to introduce our new Customer Care Centre (knowledge base).
The purpose of the Customer Care Centre is to help our customers find answers to common questions easily. You can use the search bar at the top to quickly find the answer to a specific question or browse through articles to read about a particular topic.
Customers can set up a login to access additional information not available to the general public. For the areas of the business where we have introduced our new customer care platform, logged-in customers will also be able to submit and track their support requests and see all interactions with our support team.
To set up login access please follow the instructions at the bottom of this article.
You'll notice that most of the content is currently about our food and specialty lab testing services. We started here because it was the first area of the business to begin using our new customer care platform for customer service. We're continuing to work with teams across the business to populate the knowledge base further.
How to log in:
- Click on "Sign In": Located at the top right corner of the page.
- If you have never worked with AsureQuality Ltd before You can "Sign Up" using your work email or you can "Sign in" using a Social Media Account.
- If you have worked with AsureQuality previously, we recommend starting with the Reset Your Password option: Click on "Forgot my password" and enter your email address. If we already have you in the system, you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
- Set a New Password: Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password and log in to the Help Centre.
Two-factor authentication (2FA): This is available and recommended; this can be activated from the “manage my profile” page.
Alternative login methods:
If you prefer, you can log in using personal social media accounts such as Facebook, Google or Microsoft (Personal). However, if you choose to do this please let us know so that we can link your new user account to your organisation.

For those larger organisations that support Enterprise Single Sign On, we also support this functionality and would be happy to work with you to streamline login for your people. This is a great solution to ensure access to your business information is controlled seamlessly.
