If you're experiencing issues with one of our portals (like LabConnect) —such as pages not loading correctly or buttons not working—a hard refresh or clearing your browser cache can often resolve the problem.
🧠 Why This Helps
Your browser stores parts of websites (called a cache) to help them load faster. But after we update our site, your browser might still use outdated files. A hard refresh forces it to reload everything from scratch.
