How to engage AsureQuality for animal export services
If you need AsureQuality support for an animal export, the way to get started depends on whether your export is horse-related or non-horse.
Non-horse animal exports
For all non-horse animal export services, please submit a request through our Customer Care Centre.
You must also complete the Live Animal Export Consignment form in full and provide it with your request. This form is linked at the bottom of this article.
Providing complete information upfront helps us assess your request and progress it more efficiently.
Horse exports
For all horse-related export services, please contact the horse exports team directly by email at horses@asurequality.com.
The below Live Animal Export Consignment form does not apply to horse exports.
Before you submit your request
Please make sure you include all relevant export details. Depending on the consignment, this may include:
- animal species
- number of animals
- destination country
- proposed export date
- exporter details
- consignee details
- import permit information
- any known market access or certification requirements
For non-horse exports, this information should be captured in the Live Animal Export Consignment form.
What happens next
Once we receive your request, we will review the information provided and confirm the next steps.
Depending on the export, this may include reviewing consignment details, confirming applicable requirements, and coordinating the services needed to support certification and export preparation.
