Pro Performance has three sections. Each section is purposely designed to provide snapshots and relevant information curated for different meetings you will have with your stakeholders.
- Monthly view
- Quarterly view
- Yearly view
How to read Sites View
Monthly
Use the Sites View to easily compare the number of non-conformances (NCs) in a selected month and the previous audit for each site. Months and sites can be selected by using the page filters (See How to Use Filters for more information).
Only sites with audits conducted in the selected month are shown. Each site's bar chart displays the number of NCs— with the right bar representing the selected month and the left bar representing the previous audit.
A snapshot of overall performance for the selected month is also provided.
Quarterly and Yearly
Quarterly and Yearly views feature a jitter plot on the Sites View page. This chart shows the number of NCs per audit by site for the selected quarter or financial year.
Below is an example from the Quarterly view.
- Dots: Each dot corresponds to a site. Click on or hover over a dot to view detailed information about that site.
- Vertical axis: Displays the number of NCs. The higher a dot is placed on the chart, the more NCs the site has.
- Horizontal axis: Represents individual site groups. Click a group name to see details for the entire group in the table at the bottom.
- Short solid lines: Indicate the average number of NCs for each group.
- Long dotted line: Represents the national average number of NCs across all sites.
Insights given by the example above may include:
- Eight site groups (including Region 4, 302, ... 301) have an average number of NCs that exceed the national average in the selected quarter.
- Region 4 had the highest average number of NCs in the selected quarter. However, note that there was only one audited site from this group.
- Comparison of NCs between sites and average NCs between site groups.
How to read Sites & Checklist Analysis
The Sites & Checklist Analysis page provides insights into which sites or site groups have NCs associated with specific checklist items.
This matrix shows the number of NCs by Site Group and Checklist Question Number.
- For example, site 302 has one NC linked to checklist question code 2.1, another one to code 3.4, and so on.
- Hovering over any tile will display details.
Each Site Group can also be expanded to show the individual sites by clicking on the "+" icon next to the group name:
The number of NCs per Checklist Group can be seen in the adjacent chart:
- Teal bars indicate NCs from the selected time range; beige bars show NCs from the prior period for comparison.
- Items are always ranked from the highest to the lowest number of NCs within the selected time range.
To see an expanded view showing checklist questions:
-
Select the "Drill down" icon from the hover-over menu.
-
Click on either the name or data bar of the checklist group you want to expand.
- The result when selecting Environmental Control:
- If you want to expand all checklist groups to see every checklist question, select the icon with two arrows from the hover-over menu. (The similar icon to the right achieves the same result.)

The charts below show how the average number of NCs for each checklist group has changed over time:
- When the line curves upward, it reflects an increase in the average number of NCs at that moment in time.
- When the line is inside the shaded area, it is considered within normal variation levels.
- Be alert when the line extends above the shaded area, as this suggests the average number of NCs is beyond the normal range:
