Pro Integrated provides a forward-looking view of food safety audit activity, supporting proactive issue management by identifying urgent items requiring immediate attention and prioritising next course of actions.
It has three main sections:
Overview
The Overview page consolidates key assurance data to provide a clear snapshot of critical information across all services.
Auditing & Certification section (right half) includes:
- Current count of open non-conformances (NCs) and any upcoming verifications.
- Average number of NCs per verification in the latest completed month.
- Overall passing rate.
- 12-month trend of total NCs, number of verifications, and average NCs per verification.
Laboratory Testing section (left half) includes:
- Number of out-of-spec tests from the latest completed month.
- Number of submissions, samples, and tests from the latest completed month.
- Turnaround Time Met % for the latest completed month.
- 12-month trend of number of tests, out of spec tests, and turnaround time met %.
Outstanding
The Outstanding page presents actionable insights with clear priority as to which open NCs should be urgently attended. It also includes key metrics that indicate how effectively risks have been identified and addressed e.g. the number of days taken to close NCs (Days to Close NCs).
Items with the longest overdue times (Overdue Level) should take high priority. Their details will appear at the top of the table below.
Upcoming
The Upcoming page supports future planning by providing key information in advance.
- Use the Calendar View on the left half of the page to simplify planning and preparation for upcoming verifications. Click or hover over any item to see event details.
- Use the Upcoming Non-Conformance Due Dates View on the right half of the page to prepare for closure of NCs before their due dates arrive.
