5. Locked Account – How to unlock
Important Note:
When creating an Operator Account please ensure these steps are followed to prevent any breach in confidential information or unauthorised access.
Setting up an Operator Account
Click “Operators” click “+Add”
Enter “First Name*”, “Last Name”, “Position*”, select what Company they are associated with from the drop down list, and select any RMP they are associated with.
Selecting one or more RMPs will enable the operator to submit/update Exceptions and Production Dispositions against that RMP/s. In addition, this will give them visibility of any information against that RMP on their Dashboards.
Once this information has been entered click “Account”.
Enter the operator's email address into the “Login Name”. This helps simplify the login process as their username will be their email address.
When entering their email please ensure the domain name matches the “Company” in the Details Tab. For example, the email address for Jane Doe working for Doe Dairies Ltd would be Jane.Doe@DoeDairies.co.nz
Important Note: The email address must be associated with the company and must not be a personal email address. This is required for privacy and deactivation purposes.
Ensure that “Authentication Type” is selected as “Solar MFA”.
Enter the operator's email address into the “Email” field. Please note that an account can’t be created if there is an account already associated with that email address. If this issue arises and an email address needs to be associated with more than one Company, please escalate to the Dairy Technical Manager or contact RA@asurequality.com.
If the email has been used for a deactivated account, please refer to section 2, Deactivating an Operator Account.
The mobile phone number field must be left blank.
Ensure that the “Expires” field is left blank.
On the left-hand side of the page under “OPTIONS” click “Reset Password”
Click “Reset Password”
This will then send an email to the Operator confirming their login name, password and a link the E&PD platform. Upon logging in the platform, the Operator will be prompted to update their password.
Deactivating an Operator Account
When deactivating an Operator Account please ensure these steps are followed to prevent any breach in confidential information or unauthorised access.
Under “Operators” locate the user and click on their first name.
Click “Account”, in the expiry field click on the calendar and select the date the user is to be deactivated from.
Click “Save”.
If an account is deactivated it can be re-activated. However, prior to Reactivating the account please ensure the details such as Company(s)* and RMP(s)* are correct.
Deleting exceptions
If you raise an exception in error and it is in draft state, this can easily be deleted.
Open the exception number and on the right-hand side of the screen you can select delete, giving a reason.

Any issues that cannot be resolved internally must be escalated to the AsureQuality Technical Specialists on Dairy.Technical@asurequality.com
