We've introduced the latest testing methodology to bring you faster results for your butter quality assessment.
The new AsureQuality Method (NIR) provides the simultaneous determination of fat, moisture, solids not-fat (SNF), milk solids, not-fat (MSNF) and salt in butters using Near Infrared Transmittance.
This method supports butter manufacturers seeking to verify compliance with regulatory standards for fat and moisture content for local and international markets, offering:
- a faster turnaround time - we're happy to discuss your requirements
- a more environmentally friendly method, safer for our people and the environment
- IANZ-accreditation.
