Import permits are issued by the Ministry for Primary Industries and contain a list of all the items and conditions that must be met to allow samples for laboratory testing to be imported into New Zealand and delivered to the Transitional Facility (AsureQuality).

You will need to complete the appropriate import permit for the AsureQuality laboratory you will be submitting your sample to. Select the relevant laboratory location and download the form from the bottom of the screen.
