AsureQuality has a submission process for incoming laboratory testing samples.
If you aren't using our LabConnect online system (or a custom-built interface) to register your samples, you will need to complete a manual submission form to request a laboratory test. All samples sent to our laboratory must be accompanied by a fully completed submission form (either digital or print).
The form contains information about the customer, company, the product / sample, and the tests required, which the laboratory team register in the laboratory information management system. This detail is required to ensure that we are testing to your specific requirements, and to facilitate the testing process and sample traceability.
Manual submission forms incur a charge of $28.10 + GST. To avoid charges for manual submissions you can pre-register samples using LabConnect, which will speed up the process and allow you to track the progress of your testing.
