This article explains how to join the AsureQuality network as a guest when you receive an invitation. Once connected, you’ll be able to access the Microsoft services we share with you—such as the AQ Intelligence Power BI app or any programme-specific reports you’ve been granted access to. Please note that access is limited to the specific services assigned to you.

Prerequisite

You need to have Microsoft Authenticator App installed on your phone. The app icon should look like this:

Set up

Below are the steps to complete the setup. If you encounter any issues, please submit a request.

1. Guest User Invitation

You should receive an invitation email that looks like this: 

Click the Accept Invitation link at the bottom of the email to start the onboarding process.

2. Account Setup by the Guest User

You will be asked to accept the AsureQuality activities on this guest account. Click Accept.

You will be asked to set up MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication). Click Next. 
(If the Microsoft Authenticator App is not installed on your smartphone, you’ll need to install it during this step.) 

Follow the instruction on this dialog box, and the one displayed on the Authenticator app.

Scan the QR code from the Authenticator app. Click Next.

Click Next.

Click Done.
