To access the Integrated Assurance report, go to the left-hand menu, select Monthly Report, and click on Integrated Assurance.
All the pages in Integrated Assurance report are displayed. Select Setup Page.

Company Selection
This operation is applicable only to users in a parent organisation that manages multiple child companies.
On the Setup Page, the company drop-down lists all your child companies.
- By default, the drop-down is set to "All", meaning the data is not filtered by a specific company.
- In this case, the beginning of the page titles displays "Multiple Companies".
- Additionally, the Integrated page will display a warning message: "Company is not specified" in the top-right corner.
To ensure accurate results, select a specific company before viewing the report. Some visualisations - particularly detail grids - do not function correctly when data from from multiple companies is combined.
The company you select here will persist across all pages of the report.
Details Export
There is an option to export the detail tables all at once. It is a combination of the Verifications for the Month, NC Details, C Details, Outstanding NCs, and Upcoming Verifications pages.
- Click the down-arrow next to ->Export, and select Microsoft Excel (.xlsx).
- You will be able to navigate the pages more easily in Excel tabs.
Month/Year Filter
Use the Month/Year filter to select the reporting period.
- "Last Month" is selected by default, showing the latest full period of finalised data.
- You can view reporting data for up to the past 13 months.
- Selections for this filter are synchronised across all pages, except for Outstanding NC Details and Upcoming Verifications.
Data Update
Integrated Assurance report data is usually refreshed every Monday morning.
The date of the latest data refresh can be confirmed at the bottom of the Integrated page
