Tips for a smooth sample submission and testing process
Effective planning is essential for a smooth LabConnect submission and testing process. Please follow these guidelines before submitting your samples.
- Register your samples in LabConnect before you send them to us (pre-registration). This ensures that we have all the information we need when your samples arrive, and sample processing and testing can get underway without delay.
- If you’re not sure about test codes or any other details required to pre-register your samples, please contact our customer service team to confirm them before pre-registering. Getting these details correct in your LabConnect registration ensures that we follow the correct testing procedures, and you get reliable results.
- Have a designated contact person for your testing project by completing the "Customer contact" field on the summary information page. That way our sample reception team can quickly get in touch to resolve any issues related to submissions or samples.
